- SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to perform duct cleaning on the entire designated HVAC system of Buildings 310 and 330 at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Cleaning will include the air handling units, return / exhaust fans, supply, return, exhaust air ductwork, grilles, registers, diffusers, louvers, and dampers. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with the Statement of Work Drawing shall only be made available to prospective offerors who are able to provide relevant past performance as required by the Statement of Work and identified in Addendum To 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors-Commercial Items (Feb 2012) Para 6.c.
