Description

PR No: 0046886833; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (5820-01-417-6304) for a Receiver-Transmitter. This solicitation will be for a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a quantity of 51 each. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. There is one approved source of supply: General Dynamics (1VPW8). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery is for 60 days ARO. A subcontracting plan and certified cost and pricing data will not be required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5have not been met. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance. The anticipated issue date is 25 Jan 13, (with a closing date of February 25, 2013), anticipated award date is 30 Mar 13.
