Description: Amendment #00003 The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to Section L and M of the SIR based on Questions and Answers #2. The closing date remains unchanged. Amendment #00002 The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to Section L of the SIR. The closing date remains unchanged. Amendment #00001 The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to Section B and the SOW along with adding an additional attachment. The closing date remains unchanged. _____________________________________ The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for FAA Academy NAS Technical Services Division, AMA-900. The FAA contemplates Single award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type Labor-hour contract for the NAS Technical Services Division. The resulting contract will have an expected Period of Performance (PoP) of five years with a base period and four (4) 1-year option periods. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for SEDB/8(a) Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 Engineering Services (Except Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with a Small Business Size Standard of $35.5 Million. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Monique Pelletier, Contracting Officer (AMQ-310), via e-mail at monique.pelletier@faa.gov or FAX number 405-954-9648. Proposals are due no later than 3:30 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), January 28th, 2013 and must be submitted to FAA, Customer Service Desk (AMQ-100), Physical Address: 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125. The proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: SIR/RFO DTFAAC-13-R-01115, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at MMAC. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC. In addition, This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.
