Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-13-R-0118 for the following service: This is a contract for cemetery custodial services at Ft Leavenworth National Cemetery Memorial Processing Center and hereafter referred to as "MPS" or "Cemetery." The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities of "custodial services" described herein, which are required to maintain sanitation and an aesthetic appearance of the Cemetery Administration facility, and public and staff restrooms. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Technical Qualifications, 2) Past Performance and 3)Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $14 million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 23, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on January 30, 2013. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Questions must be sent by email to Katherine.iacovelli@va.gov, they will be accepted until January 24th at 3PM Eastern time. There is an incumbent, the previous contract number is VA255-P-0355, information regarding it should be in the archives on fbo.gov. Proposals shall be formatted as directed in Sections E.2 and E.3 or may be deemed non-responsive and removed for further consideration.
