- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to change Cage Code 89536, to Cage Code 4U744. The vendor, Fluke Corporation, remains the same. SPRRA2-13-T-0031. NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly; NSN: 5998-01-359-9081; PN: 761114; QTY: 10 each; Firm Fixed Price Contract, applicable to Calibration (M-FQ); FOB Dest - delivery to Red River Army Depot, Texas. Required delivery is 110 days after contract award. This item is restricted to Fluke Corporation, Cage Code: 89536, because of 3U Code, this item will only be acquired directly from the actual manufacturer. The cost to the government to breakout this part and acquire it competitively has been determined to exceed the projected savings over the life span of the part. Production Lead-time is 110 days after contract Award (DACA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval request (SAMSAR). All responsible resources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies NOTE 22 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
