- Amendment: This solicitation has been amended to now become "UNRESTRICTED" and thus include Large Businesses. The due date has been extended to Jan 28th at 11am Eastern Time. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase the services of a contractor to supply ACL Premium Support and ACL AX for 10 users in accordance with the requirement on the attached SF1449. Included in this solicitation are FAR and HSAR Clauses to comply with as well SF1449. HOW TO RESPOND: In order to compete for this project, interested parties must be registered in SAM System For Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) and submit a price quotation by 11:00 am, ET, 01/28/2013. Contractors may either submit one copy of the quote to MOE FILALI at 2100 Second St. SW, Washington, DC 20593 by mail, fax (202) 372-4071 or preferably by email (Mohamed.filali@uscg.mil). It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the quote is received by the date and time shown above. Evaluation Criteria: Award based on lowest price technically-acceptable (LPTA).
