See solicitation for date.** **Changed: The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about November 30, 2012. The site visit will not be on November 29, 2012 and will be rescheduled for mid December. See solicitation for date.** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a requirement for the repair of shingled roofs on facilities at Fort McCoy, WI. The proposed procurement is offered as a Total Small Business set aside under NAICS 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $14.0 million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding in FAR Part 14. The IFB will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 16, 2012 and will be due on or about December 19, 2012. A site visit is tentatively set up for 29 November 2012 at 10:00 am. See solicitation for verification and further details. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
