THE AGENCY HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE KAHALUI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, RUNWAY 02, LOCALIZER. THIS SOLITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED AS SMALL UNDER THE NAICS CODE, 541310, ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES. THIS IS THE IDENTICAL SOLICITATION TO DTFANM-12-R-00192. NOTE THAT IT IS BEING RESOLICITED DUE TO INADEQUATE COMPETITION. OFFERS ARE NOW DUE, COB FEBRUARY 8 2013. IF YOU BID ON THE PRIOR SOLICITATION, YOU ARE INVITED TO VERIFY YOUR ORIGINAL PROPOSAL AND TO RESUBMIT IT, NOTING THAT YOUR PROPSAL IS STILL VALID UNDER THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER, OR NOTING THE APPLICABLE CHANGES. "This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
