- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL PRICELIST OR PRICE SUPPORT ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY'S CAGE CODE, TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND DUNS NUMBER. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W31P4Q-13-T-0046. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 333316. The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote for the purchase of: One (1) each, Scientific Grade Mid Wave Infrared (MWIR) Camera System FLIR Model SC6701 packaged with one (1) each 100 millimeter lens and two (2) each ExaminIR Pro version software, brand name or equal. The salient characteristics for an or equal product are: Spectral range 3.0 - 5.0 micrometers. Sensor resolution 640 x 512 pixels. Noise-equivalent temperature difference less than 25 millikelvins. Pixel operability greater than 99.8 percent. 14-bit dynamic range. IRIG-B time stamping. Maximum full-window frame rate no less than 125 frames per second. Factory-supplied radiance and thermographic calibration. Calibrated temperature measurement range -15 - 2000 degrees Celsius. Superframing (variable integration time) capability during video acquisition. Camera lens with horizontal field of view no less than 5 degrees and no more than 10 degrees. Motorized filter wheel with at least four positions. Two independent and fully functional copies of acquisition/analysis software, including the ability to adjust emissivity values manually to match radiometric temperatures with actual temperatures measured via thermocouple. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.
