Description

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine who within the industry is interested in providing the services as stated on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and decide if the Government will set-aside the requirement for small businesses or continue with an unrestricted procurement. Requirement: The offeror who is interested in providing a proposal once the requirement's solicitation is posted should respond to this notice by emailing their response at manuel.e.miranda@navy.mil. In their response they should include a copy of the excel spreadsheet attached where they explain in a narrative form how their company meets the "Critical Factors" established within the excel file. The rating will be based on the values stated within the same excel file. The information provided will be evaluated by the requiring activity. If you have any questions, please contact Manuel E. Miranda prior to your submittal. ALL RESPONSES ARE DUE BEFORE 02/04/2013 1630 HRS EASTERN TIME.
