Description

Snow Removal for Fraser Experimental Forest The Contractor shall provide all management,tools,supplies, equipment,and labor necessary to ensure that snow plowing services are performed at the Fraser Experimental Forest in a manner that will maintain a safe environment and in accordance to this statement of work. 1.1BASIC SERVICES:The Contractor shall plow snow from all roads and parking areas within the confines of the Fraser Experimental Forest Headquarters ( FEF HQ) area. The Contractor is not expected to plow on CR73, the cabin 1driveway,or the dormitory parking area (see Attachment 1, Facility Map for details).Areas highlighted in RED and GREY are not to be plowed by the Contractor. Areas in BLUE within the FEF HQ are to be plowed. The Contractor will plow the FEF HQ area after every 4 inch snowfall. It is expected that the Contractor will stay in close contact with the Site Manager of the Experimental Forest.The timing,amount and/or technical aspects of the snow plowing will be at the discretion of the Site Manager. If the Site Manager is unavailable and the Contractor deems it appropriate to plow,then he/she may plow.
