- NSN: 1680-00-443-1140, Control Assy, Pilot, Skyline Industries, P/N SKS179. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 168 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The solicitation will be issued under Unrestricted procedures utilizing other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 procedures. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 144 EA. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 18 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 22, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
