- Pricing Spreadsheets - Unrestricted/Non Set-aside and 50% Set aside Item Descriptions Solicitation PR Number: IQC 12082009052 Nomenclature: Fully Competitive Blind Rivets RFP Due Date: March, 14, 2013 1:00 pm Eastern Time This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.6. The base period is 2 years with an option to extend the terms of the contract for 3 additional periods of one-year. This solicitation is a partial small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-3. The pricing spreadsheet indicates those of the 314 items on the price evaluation list where 50% of the AEQ is set-aside for small business. An additional 3792 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. Any items added as 50% set aside for small business will be identified when pricing is requested. These items are for stock only. A guaranteed minimum of 10% applies. Required delivery for all items is 200 days This solicitation includes Surge and Sustainment requirements for any item added during the length of the contract that is identified as such. Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection Procedures. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The evaluation factor is Past Performance (Quality and Delivery Performance). Attachments to the solicitation, including but not limited to Item Descriptions and pricing spreadsheets can be found with the Solicitation in DIBBS.
