- SYNOPSIS The item to procure is: part number 12341926 Retainer air filter; part number 12341930 baffle assembly front; part number 2540-01-296-9358 Ventilator air circulating; part number 12341941 Evaporator closure for the ambulance program. The required quantities will be spelled out in the solicitation itself, FOB destination. Proposed contract action is a competitive, full and open purchase. Estimated date of issue for the solicitation is 28 January 2013 with a close date of 6 March 2013. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided. The solicitation will require a non-disclosure agreement, DD2345 (Export Control) as well as certificate of conformance (COC) and Certified Test Reports (CTR). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
