- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) has a requirement to procure two LC/MS/MS Spectrometers. This action is being pursued as a competitive small business procurement. The intent of this sources sought notice is to determine if any small business(s) exist, and therefore, no solicitation (RFP) is available. The NAICS code 334516 applies with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please see the attachment, which includes specifications that describe the triple quadrupole LC/MS/MS systems suitable for our needs. Any responses failing to provide the data included in the attachment and instead choosing to merely submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFP will be ignored. Interested parties who can meet the requirement may submit their specifications with a written qualification statement no later than 10 days after the date of this publication.
