- NSN: 1670-01-136-9759, Adapter, Net, Cargo Tie Down, PECK & HALE LLC, P/N CNW101-1, DOR-A-MAR- Canvas, P/N DAR-S-0138, and Davis Aircraft Products CO. P/N FDC-1555-149. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 50 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This acquisition will be solicited 100% SBSA. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 774 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 93 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 19, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
