NEW INFO 1-25-2013: UPDATE No. 2 to the NOO is now available for download from this website, click on the hyperlink below titled, "Notice of Opportunity UPDATE No 2 - DTFANM-12-R-00193 WSA ESPC". NEW INFO 12-19-2012: The original UPDATE No. 1 to the project Notice of Opportunity, discussed below at 12/18/2012, has been rescinded and replaced with a new version so that the FAA may provide unrestricted access to its ESPC Candidate Facility List. Both the revised UPDATE No. 1 and the facility list are available for download from this website, please see the hyperlinks at the bottom of this web page. - Reference paragraph 7 of the NOO, the due date for initial responses remains 4:00 PM Pacific Time on February 4, 2013. - All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NEW INFO 12-18-2012: In reference to paragraph 6 of the subject Notice of Opportunity (NOO), the FAA has posted its official response to ESCO questions to this website, see the hyperlink below titled, "Notice of Opportunity UPDATE No 1 - DTFANM-12-R-00193 WSA ESPC - FINAL z-signed". - Reference paragraph 7 of the NOO, the due date for initial responses remains 4:00 PM Pacific Time on February 4, 2013. NEW INFO 9-28-2012: The official, final version of the subject Notice of Opportunity (NOO) is now posted for download from this website, see the hyperlink below titled "Notice of Opportunity - DTFANM-12-R-00193 - FAA WSA ESPC Multiple Locations". In addition to complete information for submitting an Expression of Interest, the NOO also contains full details for attending an FAA hosted site visit. FYI, NOO paragraph 5 reads as follows. 5. Site visit for initial response. ESCOs desiring a site visit in support of their initial response may attend one taking place on November 7, 8 and 9, 2012, at the FAA's Northern California TRACON facility. The visit will begin on November 7 with a 1:00pm briefing on FAA operations and basic limits on working at FAA facilities, including risk management and security. On either November 8 or 9 ESCOs will visit a limited number of FAA sites which are considered representative-types for the project scope. If interested in attending, email the POC below and the FAA will respond with additional information on logistic and security requirements for the visit. Final by-name sign-up deadline is October 31, 2012, at 4:00pm Pacific Time to the POCs below.
