- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation N62742-13-T-6515 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423110 “ Automobile and Other Motor Vehicle Merchant Wholesalers. This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for 2 EA of VAN Passenger (Toyota Commuter, Volkswagen, or equal). The required items and descriptions are as follows:- CLIN 0001:VAN Passenger, Qty = 2 No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest Responsive and Responsible offer. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible offerors must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-99 “ System for Award Management Registration (DEVIATION). All questions are due by 5 February, 2013 at 15:30, Thailand Time. The quotation closing date is 25 February, 2013, Thailand Time. Both questions and quotation can be submitted via email.
