Description

SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 621210, size standard $7.0M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta, GA 30904 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery Services at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. The services will be performed in accordance with the VA policies and procedures and the regulations of medical staff bylaws of the VA facility. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years. Responses to this sought must include 1. Point of Contact, 2. Company Name, 3. Address, 4. Telephone & Fax numbers, 5. Email address, and 6.
