- Offeror Submission Package in M/S Word Offeror Submission Package in PDF Solicitation The supplemental bulk fuel requirement for the Atlantic, European Mediterranean and Thule, Greenland region for F76. These requirements may increase during the delivery period are detailed as follows: Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377 Specification MIL-PRF-16884L dated October 23, 2006 Quantity: 11,550,000 U.S. Gallons (USG) Delivery Period for above items is from March 1, 2013, through June 30, 2013, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DLA Energy bid custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers are authorized via BulkFuelsBidCustodian@dla.mil. Facsimile offers are authorized, 703-767-0488. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
