THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. VA263-13-Q-0558 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued under Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 424210 (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 1. GAMMUNEX-C 20 GM VIAL NDC# 13533-800-24 80 BT 2. GAMMUNEX-C 10 GM VIAL NDC# 13533-800-71 50 BT 3. GAMMUNEX-C 5 GM NDC# 13533-800-20 25 BT 4. GAMMUNEX-C 1 GM NDC# 13533-800-12 12 BT 6. F.O. B. Destination to One Veterans Drive, Warehouse 90 ATTN: Pharmacy, Minneapolis, MN 55417 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
