THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!! Solicitation W911SA-13-R-0012 will be posted on or near 31 January 2013 on www.fbo.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitaion, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-13-R-0012 for non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging, conference space, audio visual, meals, children's activities, and shuttle service within 10 miles (according to Google driving maps) of the Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Illinois. Period of performance is 13 March 2013 to 17 March 2013. Hotel MUST be located within 10 miles (according to Google driving maps) of the Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Illinois.
