Description

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is hereby issuing the Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire Technical and Enterprise Support Services (TESS). The purpose of the TESS acquisition is to competitively select a company to provide a broad range of information technology (IT) support services, including Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) recordkeeping support, in accordance with the Agency's responsibility to administer the TSP. The Agency anticipates a six year period of performance comprised of a 2-year base period, one 2-year option period, and two 1-year option periods. Award of this contract will be made on a competitive basis applying appropriate relative factors of Mission Suitability, Past Performance, and Cost. Mission Suitability is the most important Factor. Past Performance and Cost Factors are substantially equal and when combined, are less important than Mission Suitability. The RFP will not be included with this notice.
