- This amendment 01 to combined synopsis/solicitation 0010202866 is being issued to include the following information: 1. All questions regarding this synopsis/solicitation must be submitted by or before 7 February 2013 and, as stated in the original posting, MUST be submitted via email (NO PHONE CALLS). 2. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) associated with this requirement have been attached. This requirement is for Explosive Safety Support Services to provide technical advice and support on explosive standards, operations, training, and safety in support of US Army Garrison Safety Office at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Period of Performance for this requirement is as follows BASE YR: 1 March 2013 - 28 Feb 2014 OPTION 1: 1 March 2014 - 28 Feb 2015 OPTION 2: 1 March 2015 - 29 Feb 2016 OPTION 3: 1 March 2016 - 28 Feb 2017 OPTION 4: 1 March 2017 - 28 Feb 2018 This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
