- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CORRECTS ANNOUNCEMENT ISSUED ON 12/10/2012 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Eastern Colorado Area Office, Loveland, Colorado intends to award a sole source purchase order to Northern Colorado Radio Communication Network, for a base year plus four (4) option year periods contract for a total of five (5) years, for service of digital trunked radio system in the amount of $30,500.00. NCRCN will be providing Digital Trunked Radio (DTR) for all project-wide plant communication radios over the repeater system. Providing coverage in the Colorado Big Thompson and Fryingpan-Arkansas areas of operation and travel enabling intercommunications between our hand, mobile and base radios and also local authorities, fire and rescue operations. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is December 31st, 2012. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is December 28th 2012 at 4 pm Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
