Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 intends to publish a Request for Proposals to assist with the provision of residential placement and supportive services through the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. This contract is designed to serve homeless Veterans in need of immediate placement in a safe environment. Lebanon VAMC intends to engage a Contractor to provide rapid placement in a supportive, residential setting to VA referred Veterans The Contractor shall be expected to provide rapid residential placement that enhances the stability of Veterans and their families served by HCHV. The contracted housing site must be located within 60 miles of the Lebanon VAMC and have sufficient residential capacity to place up to 15 Veterans (male and female) in a safe environment. Specific Tasks are as follows: Housing Available for Rapid Placement, Delivery of Support Services, and Status Reports The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 624221 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation package will be available approximately on or about 11 February 2013 and should be downloaded from this website at that time. To be considered for award, the successful offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government.
