MENCO PACIFIC, Inc., a small business, 43180 BUSINESS PARK DR, TEMECULA CA 92590-3608 was awarded a NTE $4,000,000.00 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for an IDIQ Multi-trade Construction Contract “ All Disciplines at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA installation. Period of performance is for a Base Year of twelve (12) months with two (2) 12 month option periods. This contract was procured as an 8(a) small business set-aside, utilizing negotiation procedures. Only one (1) source was solicited. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA, is the contracting activity (contract number N62473-13-D-1808). This is an Indefinite Quantity Multi-Trade Construction contract for miscellaneous construction, repair, alterations, and maintenance work. The contract will provide for all other work disciplines such as Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Structural and Architectural. The work issued under the disciplines is considered in-scope by individual Task orders, as assigned. The Work includes furnishing all material, labor, equipment, transportation, and necessary supervision for all assigned Task Orders including, but not limited to, performing all necessary testing and repairs and incidental related work.
