- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to ExLibris (USA) Inc. to provide software license maintenance for operating system/equipment. CLIN 0001: Voyager software annual maintenance for the period of performance 1 Feb13 through 31 Jan 14. Option Year 1 available for 1 Feb 2014 - 31 Jan 2015 There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide, they must respond to this notice before 3:00pm (Central Time) on 30 January 2013. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to ExLibris Group.
