Description

N6298013RCEE410 The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Office in Philadelphia intends to acquire from Gulf Breeze Partners of Holly Springs NC the following: CLIN 0001, 1 each IBM Tivoli Training Course, Monitoring 6.3 Workshop, Lecture and Lab, 5 days, includes materials for 16 students. CLIN 0002, 1 each IBM Tivoli Training Course, ITCAM for transactions and ITCAM for Applications Diagnostic Workshop, 5 days, Includes materials for 16 students. CLIN 0003, 1 each IBM Tivoli Training Course, Netcool OMNIbus, EIF Probe, and WebGUI workshop, 5 days, Includes materials for 16 students. CLIN 0004, 1 each IBM Tivoli Training Course, Network Manager 3.9 Workshop, 5 days, Includes materials for 16 students. Training will be conducted at the Navy Personnel Command, 5720 Integrity Drive, Millington, TN 38055-0054. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm fixed price contact will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Note 22 applies. This requirement in support of the Navy Personnel Command, Millington TN is processed under FAR Parts 12 and 13.
