- PR Number: IQC12243009012 FSC 5310 Nomenclature: Fully Competitive Washers RFP Due Date: March 5, 2013 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 194 Core Items and an additional 17,954 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. Offerors must submit offers on at least 30 core list items to be considered for award. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 160 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please see clauses DLAD 52.217-9006/9007/9008/9009/9010 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 2013 July 31. Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under the streamlined procedures of FAR Subpart 12.6. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Factor is Past Performance (including Quality and Delivery Performance).
