Description

THIS IS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. The Contractor must be a two (2) person team, at least 21 years of age, who are both physically and mentally capable of working with the public, collecting fees for park entrance, boat launching, camping, etc for the duration of the contract, including option periods (unless otherwise specified in the individual lake scope of work). Work to be performed under this contract may not be subcontracted. The successful contractor must pass a criminal background check. Location: Granger Lake, Georgetown Lake, Canyon Lake, Belton Lake and Stillhouse Lake, TX. Contractor shall ensure all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer. Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), have an active Cage Code, and have an email address to receive an award. The base period of performance will be 01 April 2013 thru 30 September 2013. For those positions offering an option period, the period of performance will be 01 April 2014 thru 30 September 2014.
