- Description: NSN 2540-01-520-6737- Belt Vehicular Safe being bought in accordance with BAE Systems Tactical Vehicle (0FW39) P/N 12414451-002 and Amsafe, Inc (35FB9) P/N 1-4054-30. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR PART 13. This requirement is an Indefinate Delivery Purchase Order to be one year and one option year with a min delivery quantity of 36 and the maximum delivery order quantity of 855 not to exceed $150,000. Items will be shipped to various stock locations within conus and oconus. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. FOB destination and inspection at Destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the the issue date of 1/30/13. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance. The required delivery is 108 days. U nder this acquisition an item may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Contracting Officer may utilize on-line reverse auctions as a means of conducting price descussions under theis solicitations All interested suppliers may submit an offer via email to elizabeth.hanlon@dla.mil.
