Description
PWS for Pyxis System Mountain Home AFB is seeking vendors to provide the annual maintenance and service required for the Pyxis System, which is located in the Pharmacy at the 366th Medical Group, as defined by the requirements of the attached drafted Performance Work Statement (PWS). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price. If your company is able to provide the supplies requested and are interested in this acquisition please submit the following: 1. Point of contact, including a phone number, physical and e-mail address 2. Size status and or SBA certification program of your company. 3. Cage Code for your company. See salient characteristics below: The requirements are for providing one regular preventative maintenance inspection per year per system to be conducted during the first month of the contract and all necessary service for the equipment during the year. Maintenance and service shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's commercial practices. Maintenance and service shall include, but not be limited to: cleaning, oiling, adjusting, and replacing of parts where needed, and keeping the system in good serviceable condition. The contractor shall provide technical support by telephone for repairs. The contractor shall provide training for their equipment to a biomedical person from the hospital, shall provide non-consumable parts when necessary to keep their product working properly, shall replace CUBIE pockets that malfunction due to defects in workmanship or material, and any operating system software enhancements. Work provided for 366th Medical Group, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The contractor shall furnish all labor and tools for the maintenance and service of the equipment, except when providing service by telephone. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award.**
