- This requirement is for the procurement of quick release personal harnesses. NSN 1670-01-512-7742MH; PN 990010-9. The Government anticipates the award of an IDIQ contract with three one year ordering periods. Ordering Period 1 = Minimum of 1EA and a Maximum of 1200EA, Ordering Period 2 Minimum 1EA and a Maximum of 700EA, Ordering Period 3 Minimum 1EA with a Maximum of 700EA. Transportation will be FOB Origin with specific destinations identified on each individual order. Delivery schedule: 20 Weeks after receipt of funded order at a quantity rate of 500EA per month until completion. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Conax Florida Corporation CAGE 62323. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
