Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20 has a need for Telecommunications Services for VA Facilities in Guam. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 517110 Wired Telecommunications Carriers with a size standard of 1500 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted for one Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract, for a base one-year period of performance plus four one-year option periods, which may be exercised at the Government's discretion. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, will be issued on or about February 4, 2013 via FEDBIZOPPS at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the website for downloading the solicitation and any amendments.
