- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being posted in conjunction with the solicitation #L13PS00174, which is being posted at www.fedconnect.net/. Vendors must pull off the RFQ with the clauses/provisions prior to sending a quote. Furnish potable water trucks in support of fire and all-hazard activities for the Northern Rockies Geographic Area. All work requirements and specifications are stated in the RFQ which is posted with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation at www.fedconnect.net. This requirement is set aside for Small Business. The period of performance is 4/15/2013 to 04/18/2016. The NAICS Code is 115310. The small business size standard is $17.5 Million. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.acquisition.gov/. Vendors shall also complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://www.acquisition.gov/. Failure to register at CCR website will make the offeror ineligible for award. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 4/01/2013 at 5PM EST.
