- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Innovative Interfaces Incorporated, 5850 Shellmound St. Emeryville, CA 94608, for continued maintenance and support of the Millennium Integrated Library System. The anticipated period of performance is for a one year base period plus three (3) one (1) year option periods. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334614 and the size standard of 750 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
