- Solicitation DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to: Actian. This procurement is for Actian Software Maintenance Renewal. Please see the attached Solicitation for a complete description. The solicitation number is HC1028-13-T-0033 and is attached to this posting. The NAICS code is 541519. The period of performance is date 3/31/13 - 3/30/14. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software product must submit a completed Solicitation not later than 5:00 PM (ET), Wednesday, 6 February 2013 via the following address: jenna.m.hutkowski.civ@mail.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. Must have proprietary rights for the software.
