- Wage Determinations TT2 Appendix C TT2 Appendix A TT2 PWS RFQ solicitation for TT2 Simulators and Fixtures Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Value Tool and Engineering Inc, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform calibration/certification and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on four (4) TT2 Simulators P/N 2755128 and three (3) TT2 Fixtures P/N 2563586. The calibration of the TT2 Simulators and Fixtures shall be performed annually in accordance with the schedule in paragraph 1.3 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated with a Time and Materials CLIN. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2013 through 31 March 2014 The proposed first option POP is: 1 April 2014 through 31 March 2015 The proposed second option POP is: 1 April 2015 through 31 March 2016 The estimated award date is 1 March 2013.
