- SPMYM1-13-Q-0011-0002 Pursuant to the Authority of FAR 43.103 (b); a second Amendment to solicitation SPMYM1-13-Q-0011 is hereby issued. Reference Amendment SPMYM1-13-Q-0011-0002. The amendment is issued to address the following: I. To extend the solicitation offer due date from the amended date of 1/31/2013 to 2/6/2013. II. Additional clarification of the requirements for manufacturing the ladders I/A/W standard Navy drawing S604-860091. SUMMARY OF CHANGES: I. The required response date/time has changed from 31-Jan-2013 03:00 PM (EST) to 6-Feb-2013 03:00 PM (EST). II. ADDITIONAL DRAWING CLARIFICATION TO FURTHER CLARIFY THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUFACTURING THE STRAIGHT LADDERS, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO SUPPLEMENT THE PREVIOUS CLARIFICATION PROVIDED: - All that is required are the stringers (Piece 4) and the Ladder Treads (Piece 1), fully assembled and welded. Do NOT provide clips, brackets, hand grips, fitting, or mounting bracket; these are not required. The ladders are for non-shipboard installation. - Piece # 19 is shown in the middle of the drawing. It is a bulkhead mounted stirrup type ladder rung that is NOT part of the ladder assembly, and is NOT required. -ITEMS #7, #8, & #9 reference a clip, and is NOT required. All other terms and conditions referenced in the original solicitation SPMYM1-13-Q-0011 and amendment SPMYM1-13-Q-0011-0001, are valid and remain unchanged.
