This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation number W912NW-12-T-0903 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53 August 4, 2011. This solicitation will be issued using a Small Business Set-aside SUPPLY REQUIREMENT: VERTICAL BAND SAW CLIN 0001 - VERTICAL BAND SAW 1. BAND SAW EQUIPMENT WITH WITH REQUIRED ADD-ONS(IAW 3.0 THRU 3.20 SOW) a. One price for the standard equipment and Itemized pricing of all the add-on equipment. 2. TURNKEY INTALLATION (IAW SECTION 5.3 OF SOW) 3. TRAINIING (IAW SECTION 5.4 OF SOW) CLIN 0002 - FRIEGHT Statement of Work (SOW) is attached (NO SUBSTITUTES WILL BE EXPECPTED), SENT TO THE CORPUS CHRISTI ARMY DEPOT 78419. FOB Destination/Origin. All quotes will be evaluated on the Vertical Band Saw meeting Customer Requirement out lined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and pricing. Vendors not meeting customer exact specifications will be deemed non-responsive. There will be no telephonic inquires, if you have any questions please email me at kevin.m.palmer8.civ@mail.mil.
