- The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is intending to procure parts of line items cited below for a FFP Requirements Contract. This is a sole source spare buy. 1. Estimated issue date and estimated closing/response date issued 19 Feb 2013, Closes 21 Mar 2013 2. PR# - FD2030-13-00071 3. Service/Spare/Repair/OH - Spare 4. AMC - 4N 5. Item: Panel Assembly 6. NSN - 1660-371-5215 FW 7. PN - DAA3233A008-011 8. Description: Dimensions: 10 inches long by 8 inches wide by 6 inches high. Material constructed from Aluminum Plate, Wires, Switches. Item function: Provides a means to select and control sources of breathing oxygen for the crew a three position toggle switch provides selections of off, auto, back up. Two three position toggle switches provides independent delivery modes of breathing gas to the PI. 9. Total Line Item Quantity: 4 each CLIN 0001 - qty 1 ea, First Article Test CLIN 0002 - qty 3 each 10. Application (Engine or Aircraft) - B-2 11. Destination: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma 73145 12. Mandatory Language: Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
