- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Mission and Installation Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, VA is issuing a compbined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR subpart 13. Simplified Acquisition Procedures, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please reveiw the attached announcement of this solicitation. Quotes are being requested in accordance with the attached solicitation document, for a civilian Jewish Cantor for the Garrison Chaplains Office, Fort Belvoir, VA. The contractor is to assist with the conducting of High Holy Day Services that address the needs of the four principles religious practices of Judaism (Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, and Reconstructionist) use a combination of English and Hebrew in the service. The solicitation number is W91QV1-13-T-0013 and it is an Request for Quotes. This solicitation is being competed as small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 813110. Please reveiw the attached document for a list of contract line item numbers, quantities, unit of measures and options. Please prepare your response in accordance to the instruction in the addendum 52.212-1 and send all responses to Denese Henson at Denese.y.henson.civ@mail.mil,before the closing date of Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 2PM EST.
