- Forest Service Supplemental Specifications 20JUL12 FP-03 Supplements AG-0355-S-13-0004 Drawings Ash/Taylor Creek Fire AG-0355-S-13-0004 Solicitation Documents BAER Ash/Taylor Creek Fire AG-0355-S-13-0004 SF 1442 BAER Ash/Taylor Creek Fire This project is for road maintenance/repair/construction due to fire damage in 2012. Work will include but not be limited to low water crossings types 1 & 2, culvert removal/replacement/cleaning, drainage armoring, rolling dips, and road armoring along with fabric installation and seeding. This project is located on the Ashland Ranger District, Custer National Forest, in Powder River County, Montana. Anticipated period of performance is from April 2013 to August 2013. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects: FAR 36.204(e) - Between $250,000 and $500,000. Pre bid tour: No pre-bid tour is planned for this project. Bid Guarantee: Yes. FAR 52.228-1 will be included in this solicitation. Guarantee to be equal to 20% of the bid price or $200,000, whichever is less. Solicitation Date: It is anticipated the solicitation and all materials will be posted to the FBO website by February 2013. Please watch FBO solicitation number AG-0355-S-12-0001 for updates.
