Description

Cellebrite UFED Touch Ultimate Software Licenses, Upgrades, and Kits The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire UFED Touch Ultimate forensic kits as well as yearly license renewal agreements and upgrades of kits, for forensic analysis purposes for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in Quantico, MD. This is a sole source action to be awarded as a new firm-fixed price purchase order to Cellebrite USA Corp. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Cellebrite under the authority of FAR 6.302(c) (1), only one responsible source capable of providing the required supplies that will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 and the small business standard size is 750 employees.
