- Description
- This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract for combined services, operation and maintenance with custodial and related services for the following locations within the Atlanta South Service Center, Atlanta, GA. Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center (SNAFC), Atlanta GA This acquisition will be set aside for vendors certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, a 8(a) Competitive procedures will be utilized. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 561210 and the size standard is $35.5 Mil. The contract period will be from April 01, 2013 through March 31, 2014 with four one year option periods. Award will be made to the firm submitting the proposal that offer the best value to the Government, technical and price factor considered. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about December 17, 2012. It will be posted to the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and /or additional information. To ensure that you receive all information regarding this solicitation, please register to receive updates. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be complied. The General Service Administration invites you to attend a pre-proposal conference/site visit, which will be held at the time and place, listed below: PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth St SW, Conference Room D Atlanta GA 30303. TIME: 09:00 AM EST DATE: January 3 & 4, 2013 (TWO DAYS) The site visit to each facility is as follows: Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, Atlanta GA •1. 60 Forsyth St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 •2. 61 Forsyth St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 •3. 100 Alabama St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 You are subject to a security check; please do not bring weapons of any kind. You may bring cameras (maybe restricted in some areas), and laptops We consider attendance at this pre-proposal/site visit to be vitally important to the preparation of a cost effective proposal and advantageous in understanding the total requirement of the Government.
