- Description
- Due to Programmatic Issues, this Solicitation has been cancelled. Commercial Facility Management Services are required at the National Building Museum, 401 F Street NW, Washington, DC. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Requirements contract is contemplated. The contractor will provide all the management, administrative, and technical support to accomplish the following services; facility management, operation and maintenance, elevator maintenance, janitorial service/, snow removal and reimbursable services etc. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210. The initial contract period is for one (1) year and the Government shall have the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically on/or about March 9, 2012. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov.This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being considered for award. Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via Internet at www.ccr.gov. Offerors will be requried to include a completed ocoy of the Online Offeror Representations and Certifications Application in their proposal. Please refer to http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation contains Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) documents. Before you can receive the SBU documents you must complete and sign a "Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidder/Offerors ("Notice")." The following information must also be submitted and/or provided by the requestor with the completed "Notice": 1) copy of business license; 2) company's Dun & Bradstreet number; 3) valid tax identification number and 4) valid picture state driver's license ( of person picking up SBU documents). A copy of the "Notice" is attached. Authorization to receive the SBU information will be granted upon verification of submitted information. Please read the "Notice" carefully regarding requirements for receipt, storage and disposal of the SBU information. The Request for Proposal due date is on/or about April 2, 2012.Services under the anticipated awarded contract are scheduled to start July 01, 2012. No bonding is required for the acquisition. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) firms only. This advertisement does not commit the Governement to award a contract.
