- RFP Full package An Assessment of water security, development, and climate change in Iloilo, Philippines and Tagum-Aganan Watershed. USAID/Philippines is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing technical services for the project entitled 'Water Security for Resilient Economic Growth (BE SECURE) project. The project approach is based on water security in the Philippines through strenghtening resiliency to water-related climate change impacts and increased coverage and operational sustainabililty of domestic water supply services in communities of need.
