- All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: Punnie.Chittchang@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-13-T-0032 to provide Park Cleaning Services to Heyburn Lake, Oklahoma. Park Cleaning Services include maintenance services to include such cleaning tasks as toilets, changehouses, refuse collection, sweeping, washing wiping or brushing facilities of dirt, dust rocks, debris trash, fecal matter, urine, soap scum, dead insects etc. Performance of work is for the areas at Heyburn Lake, Oklahoma. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for the period of 1 April 2013 - 31 March 2014. The contract will also include two (2), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the purview of the government. A pre-conference meeting/site visit is scheduled for 09:30 a.m. CST, Tuesday, February 19th, 2013 at Keystone Lake Office to familiarize potential bidders with the general conditions of the performance site. Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged. Please notify the Contract Specialist at Punnie.Chittchang@usace.army.mil of your attendance before February 13th, 2013. Include in your subject line the solicitation number (W912BV-13-T-0032) and the offeror/vendor name that will be in attendance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 561790, a Classification Code of S201, and a business size standard of $7 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of February 08, 2013. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about March 1, 2013.
