- AFIT CSRA Manager Performance Work Statement (PWS) Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Center for Space Research and Assurance (CSRA). The solicitation number is FA8601-13-T-0086. The NAICS Code is 541990. The size standard is $6.5M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The proposed source is Mr. Jay Anderson, Dayton, Ohio. The purpose of this requirement is for a non-personal contract for an AFIT CSRA Manager to manage and execute research programs and space experiments through close coordination with contract manager at AFIT located on Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
